I come from nothing. I started with no money, learning hospitality from scratch. School didn't teach me what I needed to succeed - everything I've built came through relentless work and determination.
From those humble beginnings, I've built a network of over 15.000 people. More than a 28.000 participants have attended my presentations - live and online. I've learned from mentors and coaches, absorbing every lesson that shaped me into who I am today.
But one thing I know for sure: if I had the right guidance earlier in life, I would have been even more successful. That's exactly why I created The Tertini Method - to be the guide and the light for those who want to transform and unlock the best version of themselves.
